CAMPING

NEW! CAMPING OPTIONS

With the FixFest community coming from all over the country, we have listened to your feedback and introduced a brand new limited camping option this year for you.

Accommodating tents and campervans only (sorry no caravans), our campsite is sited on Delapre Abbey’s beautiful South Lawn, and in the shade of the adjacent woods.

With FixFest opening at 11am on Saturday 11th July, we recommend that you arrive on the Friday evening so that you don’t miss any of the action on Saturday.

Campsite Opening Times
5pm on Friday 10th July (no admission after 11pm)
8.30am on Saturday 11th July (no admission after 4pm)
for both campervans and tents

Ticket Options
You can buy options for just Saturday camping or both Friday and Saturday for both tent and camper van options

Tents
Prices are £30 per person per night for tent camping.
Each person must purchase a general admission ticket AND a camping ticket.

Camper Vans
Camper van tickets are sold per pitch at £50 per night
Each person must also hold a general admission ticket AND a camping ticket.
On top of this a camper van pass should be purchased per vehicle.

Campsite features & rules

  1. Please note there will be no electric hook up available for camper vans.
  2. Toilets and water points will be provided.
  3. Shower blocks will not be provided.
  4. You are permitted to erect a gazebo or purpose fitted awning within your camper van pitch area.
If you are asked by a member of staff to remove any vehicles, tents, awnings or gazebos, you must agree to act upon their instructions or risk eviction.
  5. No open fires or generators will be allowed in the campsite. Anyone ignoring this rule will be at risk of confiscation or even eviction from site.
  6. The use of large garden type furniture such as Chimineas, fire pits, large wood burning stoves or any other item that is deemed to pose a risk to the safety of you or other campers is not allowed at any time. We reserve the right to confiscate these items, refuse entry to the campervan site or even eviction.
  7. No gas cylinders or bottles will be allowed on site unless they are fitted within a built in camper van set up or a small specifically designed camping hob. Anyone ignoring this rule will be at risk of confiscation or even eviction from site.
  8. Fitted / bolted down roof top tents are permitted but no standalone gas cooking or heating appliances can be used within these.
  9. We positively insist that campers respect our hosts and neighbours by keeping a clean, tidy site.
Bin bags and formal rubbish disposal points will be provided in the camping area.
  10. Additionally, as FixFest is a family event, we request that all campers retire by 1am.
  11. No music will be allowed on site past 1am.
  12. The campsite will close at 11am on Sunday 12th July and this should be borne in mind when making your decision on whether camping is the right option for you. Under no circumstances do we encourage you to drive a vehicle that early on Sunday morning, if you still feel under the influence of your previous days alcohol intake.
  13. Camping and sleeping in vehicles not in the designated camping area, such as the car park, is strictly prohibited and controlled.
  14. Please also see the terms and conditions on your festival tickets and the event website for information on recommended cooking appliances and permitted items.

Campervans are determined as:

  1. Having a door that provides access to the living accommodation.
  2. Having a bed, which is an integral part of the living quarters and permanently fixed within the body of the vehicle.
  3. Having a water storage tank or container on or in the vehicle.
  4. Having at least one window on the side of the accommodation.
