Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for a FixFest event, you agree to the following terms:

Ticket Purchase Terms

1. Tickets are specific to each FixFest event and cannot be used for entry at subsequent FixFest events.
2. All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only offered if the event is fully cancelled before it begins.
3. Entry is granted exclusively with valid tickets. Tickets are digital, issued via email upon purchase.
4. If there are concerns regarding ticket ownership, we may request proof of identity or booking details.
5. Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon first entry. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event. Lost or stolen tickets or wristbands cannot be replaced or refunded.
6. Buyers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of booking details, as errors cannot always be corrected.
7. If the festival is disrupted and cannot continue, no refunds will be provided as the event will be considered to have taken place.
8. FixFest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
9. Once ticket orders are finalised, quantities cannot be modified. Additional tickets must be purchased separately.
10. By attending FixFest, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
11. If the event is postponed, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
12. If the event is cancelled before it begins, ticketholders should contact the issuer to request a refund.
13. Doors open at 11am, last admission 5pm.
14. The main stage closes approximately 10.30pm unless we are showing the world cup ¼ final match at 10pm (only if this involves England) in which case the music at the main stage will finish just prior to this. 

Promoter Rights

1. FixFest reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals from the event.
2. Security personnel may conduct searches, including bag checks, at the point of entry.
3. The event schedule is subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances.
4. FixFest may cancel the event without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. No liability for damages or compensation will be accepted.
5. If the event is abandoned after it has started, refunds will not be provided.

Additional Attendee Responsibilities

1. Attendees appearing under 25 may be required to present valid ID to purchase alcohol. Without valid ID, alcohol sales will be denied.
2. FixFest is not responsible for language or content used by performers.
3. The festival enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs and dangerous behaviour.
4. Strobe and flashing lights may be utilised during performances.
5. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
6. Food, alcohol and soft drinks (except sealed bottled water up to 500ml) purchased outside the festival are prohibited.
7. Attendees are advised to avoid standing directly in front of speakers to protect their hearing.
8. Food vendors at FixFest may not cater to all dietary needs. Guests with specific requirements may leave and re-enter the event to source suitable food.
9. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

General Information

1. Tickets must be treated as valuable items. Scanned tickets cannot be reused.
2. Wristbands must remain intact and on the attendee’s wrist throughout the event. Damaged or lost wristbands will not be replaced.
3. Unlawful ticket resale or use of tickets for promotions without prior approval is prohibited.
4. FixFest is an outdoor event. No refunds are provided for unfavourable weather.
5. The festival reserves the right to modify the lineup, event layout, or performance times without notice.
6. Security checks may include bag inspections, and prohibited items will be confiscated.
7. Unauthorised professional photography, filming, or drone use is prohibited.
8. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. FixFest assumes no liability for theft, loss, or damage.

Event Coverage

By entering this event the attendee agrees that Fix Radio Limited and its partners have unrestricted authority to perform the following acts:

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending FixFest you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for live and future commercial or non-commercial media broadcast and streaming / VOD.

Further, by entering the event, you grant your irrevocable consent to Fix Radio Ltd, its successors, assigns, and licensees to include your name, likeness, photographic and moving image, mannerisms, and voice in any future productions, including but not limited to trailers, promotional videos and photography, TV, film and advertisements for Fix Radio Ltd and partner productions, without compensation and/or credit, and for such productions to be exploited for any purpose whatsoever in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity.

All photographs, film or video footage, or other audio or video recordings of the production, and any works derived therefrom, shall be the sole property of Fix Radio Ltd, its successors, assigns, and licensees and you waive any and all rights of publicity, privacy, or other rights therein. You further waive any and all rights to bring an action at law or equity related to the production against Fix Radio Ltd, its successors, assigns, and licensees, and release them from any and all liability whatsoever related to the production.

If you do not agree to the above terms or do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or appear in the production, you should not enter the FixFest arena or Delapre Abbey or Park, London Road, Northampton, NN4 8AW in the run up to, during or the days following the event. Purchasing of a FixFest ticket constitutes agreement to all event terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English Law, and any disputes will be handled exclusively in the English courts.
